A passionate teacher of the game, he is dedicated to developing competitive, resilient, and fundamentally sound pitchers. His goal is to prepare athletes for success at the collegiate level and equip them with the skills, mindset, and discipline to seize opportunities beyond the field.
Carlos began his college career at Francis Marion University before transferring to Prince George’s Community College, where he struck out 14 batters in 24.2 innings and earned an Associate’s in Business Administration. He completed his playing career at St. Thomas University, earning a bachelor’s in Sports Administration.

After hanging up his cleats, Carlos moved into coaching, finding success at Thunderbirds Baseball Academy and as a pitching coach intern at Miami Christian High School, where he helped young pitchers refine their mechanics and elevate their performance.
Pascual Jimenez, a former two-way player at Park University, finished his career as a left-handed pitching specialist, recording 20 strikeouts in his final season. He is dedicated to developing stronger pitchers and position players by improving power, velocity, and sound mechanics.
Originally from Southern California, Justin played four years at Arizona Christian University, breaking 13 school records in his senior season, including the all-time hit record. He later played Division I baseball at the University of Portland. Now with DSA, he’s eager to help the next generation achieve their goals.
