Performance Training at Athlon
Athlon Movement & Performance provides a training process that is unmatched by any other. We offer a detailed-specific program built for the athlete accompanied by a recovery and nutrition programs to ensure that our athletes are healthy and performing at their highest level.
With our Elite program Athlon has been trusted by countless professional, college, high school, and youth athletes to prep them for the coming season and help them become a complete athlete.
Our hitting sessions are here to challenge you and provide you with Mechanics, the difficulty of pitches off the plate, providing you with situational awareness, and the ability to smash pitches in and out of the zone.
Our fielding sessions will focus on the outfield, middle-infield, and corner positions and improve a player’s range and footwork for all positions to increase the players fielding consistency.
Our pitching sessions focus on improvements in velocity, pitching IQ, and injury prevention is almost always an accumulation of many different efforts performed over time.
Our catching sessions teach setup with and without runners on base. Glove actions: receiving strikes and picking short hops, blocking, glove transfer, throwing footwork, throwing mechanics, and throwing program.
